![]() I went ahead andĭid it again, and then clicked on that Download link again but I am still getting the same exact results. After a very long wait it asked me to install the Active X control, but then had me install the desktop add-on. Once it had rebooted, I went back to MSDN, logged in again, and tried the same download (Windows Server 2008 R2). ![]() I chose Yes because that dialog should have been asking me to reboot my system and that's what happened. When I chose it from the Add/Remove Software list, I got a dialog box that came up labeled Microsoft Download Manager with 5 lines of littleīoxes instead of text in the middle and Yes or No buttons. Just be certain before writing this reply I went back in and uninstalled the Microsoft Download component. They are:Įvery time I click a Download link, and a Javascript error displays in the bottom left corner of the browser chrome but it vanishes before I can catch it. I've been working on this all day on three different machines. I just went there and tried your suggestion about upping the number of concurrent connections. ![]()
